The T63 debuted in 2005 as the successor to Tmsuk Co.?s T62K. These robots are designed to function as security guards in corporate building. They can patrol inside a building looking for any suspicious movements or unfamiliar objects and move from floor to floor using an elevator, pushing the buttons just as a human would.

The T62K and T63 can detect smoke and relay alarms if they sense danger. When provoked they are capable of defending themselves with a chest-mounted air gun that shoots hard rubber ball projectiles to keep troublemakers at bay.

When the T63 is under attack it expels fog to make it harder for its assailant to escape and can also shoot fluorescent paint onto intruders to make them easier for cops to identify. Both robots are capable of operating autonomously over night and recharging themselves at their battery stations, but the T63 has a longer lasting battery which sets it apart from its predecessor.
